Shipping policy
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and most countries in the European Union. A few EU destinations are excluded — the list of available countries is shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Processing
We process orders within 24 hours of purchase and send them to our print partner. You'll get an order confirmation email immediately and a separate dispatch email with tracking once your bag is on its way.
Fulfillment and delivery
Because every bag is printed to order, there's a short fulfillment window before it ships. Total time from order to doorstep typically falls in the 5–10 business day range across the US, UK, and EU. Some routes run a little longer depending on destination and carrier.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your bag has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by our shipping carrier — if a status hasn't moved in a few days, that's usually a quiet stretch in transit rather than a lost parcel. If you're concerned, email support@totesintoyou.com.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped to the UK and EU, you may be charged VAT, import duties, or carrier handling fees on delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We can't predict or absorb these charges — they're set by the destination country.
Delays
We do our best to hit the windows above, but shipping carriers are not entirely within our control. Public holidays, weather, customs inspections, and the occasional act of bureaucracy can stretch delivery times. If anything on our end is running behind, we'll let you know.
