2. You tell the QR where to point. Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat — or a bespoke profile page where people can send you messages.
3. Your bag starts conversations. Strangers scan. You decide what happens next.

Yes, two ways:

Surprise them: at checkout, tick ‘This is a gift’ and enter their email. The bag prints and ships, but they hear nothing from us until you say so. Your confirmation email has a ‘Send setup link’ button — click it the day they open the bag, or whenever. They’ll set up the profile themselves.
Set it up for them: leave the gift toggle off. The setup link comes to you — fill in the photo, bio and prompts, then hand the bag over. They can edit anything later.

Each bag is made to order, so general returns aren't a thing. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo. We'll refund or reship, your call.
