How it works

Every bag has a unique QR code printed on it. Here's what happens after you buy.

1. We print your bag. Each one is made to order with your own QR code.
2. You tell the QR where to point. Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat — or a bespoke profile page where people can send you messages.
3. Your bag starts conversations. Strangers scan. You decide what happens next.
Your profile page

This is the heart of it. A page that's all yours, at a link only your bag knows.

- A photo and a bio — as much or as little as you want to share
- A few prompts — what you're looking for, what you're not, one thing strangers should know
- A way to hear from strangers — private notes from whoever scans your bag, delivered to your email
- You can change anything, anytime — the QR stays the same; what lives behind it is yours to edit
- Yours for two years — we'll remind you before it expires; extending is $9 (€9 / £9)

Frequently asked questions

Can someone scan my bag and find out where I live?

No. The QR points wherever you tell it to point. We don't share your address with anyone who scans.
What if I lose the setup email?

Email us. We'll send you a new magic link.
How long does my profile page last?

Two years from your purchase. We'll remind you before it expires, and you can extend for $9 (€9 / £9).
Can I buy one as a gift?

Yes, two ways:

  • Surprise them: at checkout, tick ‘This is a gift’ and enter their email. The bag prints and ships, but they hear nothing from us until you say so. Your confirmation email has a ‘Send setup link’ button — click it the day they open the bag, or whenever. They’ll set up the profile themselves.
  • Set it up for them: leave the gift toggle off. The setup link comes to you — fill in the photo, bio and prompts, then hand the bag over. They can edit anything later.
Can I return it?

Each bag is made to order, so general returns aren't a thing. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo. We'll refund or reship, your call.
